From a young age, it was clear that helping others was in my DNA. Whether it was “operating” on my toy dolls or rushing to aid a friend with a scraped knee at camp, I was always the one eager to jump in and fix things.
At first, I thought becoming a doctor was my calling. But life had other plans, guiding me toward a career in pharmacy. For over a decade, I handed out medications, feeling like I was making a difference. But something didn’t sit right—I wasn’t truly helping people heal, just managing their symptoms.
My real wake-up call came when I faced my own health issues, ones that conventional medicine couldn’t seem to fix. That’s when I started to truly listen to my body and dive deep into the world of nutrition. What I discovered changed everything—food is powerful, and what we eat has the potential to transform our health at its very core.

Realising the disconnect between conventional medicine and holistic wellness, I immersed myself in the study of nutrition. Through personal experimentation and education, I experienced transformative healing, resolving all my health issues.
During this time, I started wondering about ‘how many people think that they have a good diet and they put their problems down to age, genes or other circumstances?’ And you know what, I can’t even blame them. It’s very easy to miss it. Outdated government dietary guidelines, supermarkets full of cheap ultra-processed food items, medical systems focusing on symptom relief instead of addressing root causes, our ever-changing food environment and fast paced lives are keeping us in the dark. It is almost expected that one has an illness or a condition, because we all do, right? Well, no! This shouldn’t be the norm.
Fuelled by my newfound passion, I am committed to raising awareness and empowering individuals to reclaim their health through informed food choices and lifestyle habits.
My mission is simple yet profound: to educate and inspire others to embrace whole, nourishing foods while cultivating positive mindset shifts and sustainable lifestyle habits, understanding their collective role in achieving optimal health.
Looking ahead, my vision is ambitious—to foster a world where quality food, mindful living, and empowering habits are valued and accessible to all, reshaping our health and food landscape for generations to come.
