I’m a pharmacist turned Nutrition & Lifestyle Coach with a passion for helping women understand their bodies, simplify food, and take charge of their health with confidence.

After years of working in healthcare, I saw how many women felt confused, tired, and disconnected from their own wellbeing — trying quick fixes, only to end up more frustrated.

That’s why I created Rebalanced with Ginger — to bridge the gap between science and everyday life. I make complex health concepts easy to understand and apply, so you can finally feel energised, clear in mind, and at home in your body again.

My approach is simple: real food, mindful living, and personalised guidance that fits your life — not the other way around.

My role as a Nutrition & Lifestyle Coach is to help you make sense of it all, focusing on education, empowerment, and sustainable lifestyle change.

  • Blend science with real life: My background as a pharmacist means I understand the body deeply — but I also live this lifestyle myself, as a mum who values balance, freedom, and joy.

  • Support with care and accountability: I create a safe space for you to open up, get curious, and stay consistent. I’ll be your guide, motivator, and accountability partner every step of the way.

  • Prescribe diets: I don’t hand out rigid meal plans — but I’ll guide you toward balanced, nourishing meals with recipe and meal ideas you’ll actually enjoy

  • Prescribe medications or supplements: Even though I’m a qualified pharmacist, my coaching focuses on lifestyle, food, and mindset — not prescriptions.

  • Treat medical conditions: I don’t diagnose or treat illnesses — but healthy food, movement, sleep, and relaxation can positively influence most health concerns.

  • Work in isolation: If needed, I collaborate with your GP or other health professionals so you receive the best, most integrated care possible.

  • Promise quick fixes: Real change takes time — but I’ll walk beside you every step of the way to make it simple, sustainable, and empowering

Rebalanced Foundations – a 3-Week Nutrition & Lifestyle Reset

Most women begin with Rebalanced Foundations, a 3-week program designed to help you understand your body, reset your habits, and reclaim your energy.

During these three weeks, we focus on:

  • Understanding how food truly affects your body — your energy, mood, appetite, digestion, and focus.

  • Simplifying everyday choices so eating well feels easy, realistic, and enjoyable — even on busy days.

  • Building habits that support your whole self — from better sleep and movement to calm, mindful routines that actually last.

After the initial phase, you can choose to continue with ongoing monthly support at a reduced rate — perfect for maintaining progress, fine-tuning habits, and staying accountable as life evolves.

  • One-on-one sessions (in person at my home office, or online via Zoom)

  • Flexible scheduling — weekly or fortnightly, depending on your needs
