How We Work Together
This is a bespoke wellness experience, designed to give you the highest level of care and support.
Depending on your goals, we’ll work together for 3 to 6 months*, meeting weekly (or more frequently at first) and adjusting as you progress. I’m always just a text or call away.
Our sessions can take place in my home office, in nature, or even in your own home—whatever works best for you.
If needed, I’ll collaborate with your healthcare professionals and assist in booking appointments with personal trainers, massage therapists, or retreats.
