Why Working with Me Could Change Your Life

Welcome to my blog! I’ve written this post to answer some questions you might have when considering working with me. My hope is that by the end of it, you’ll feel confident knowing you’ll be in the best hands when it comes to nutrition and wellness coaching.
If you’ve read my About page or other blog posts, you know that six years ago, I was not in a good place health-wise. I struggled with PCOS, severe fatigue, brain fog, and debilitating haemorrhoids. Despite my pharmacist background and knowledge of medications, I struggled to find lasting relief through traditional treatments alone. I underwent multiple surgeries to address some of these issues, relied on daily painkillers, and consumed countless vitamins and supplements. While these interventions offered temporary relief, my symptoms always returned, making everyday life a challenge.
It took years of learning, trial and error, and relentlessly looking for answers, changing my diet and lifestyle, but eventually, I got there. I healed my body, and all of my issues disappeared — for good.
This transformation is a testament to the power of knowledge, the right foods, and our bodies’ incredible ability to heal when given the right resources. I discovered that food can both harm and heal me. It’s entirely up to us whether we feel sick and exhausted or vibrant and energetic. With the right knowledge, anyone can harness this powerful tool.

- Knowledge – I’ll help fill in the gaps so you understand the “why” behind every recommendation. When you fully grasp the reasons for what you’re doing, you’ll feel empowered and in control of your health.
- Support – As you implement the strategies, I’ll support you every step of the way. I’ll hold you accountable and keep you motivated until you start seeing results and reach your goals.

- Nutrition: You’ll move away from eating foods with barcodes and start appreciating local, whole foods. Meal prepping will become second nature, and you’ll understand why these changes are crucial, making it easier to stick with them.
- No Calorie Counting: Forget boring diets. You’ll focus on specific food groups tailored to your goals. You won’t be hungry or feel deprived. Instead, you’ll enjoy delicious, nourishing meals while learning how your body responds to different foods.
- Movement: You’ll be encouraged to move your body in ways that feel enjoyable. I’ll guide you toward exercise tailored to your goals and age and even connect you with local gyms or clubs to help you stay consistent.
